Do you know why it is so important to Love yourself unconditionally? Have you ever asked yourself even once, do I Love myself? To mark Valentine’s Day for Saturday's Lockdown Life, ‘Loving Myself’, 13th February, 4.30 – 6 pm, we explored how we can improve the relationship we have with ourselves. Starting first with one of our famed loved-themed warm-up quizzes, we then considered what it means to love yourself, complete a Self-Affirmation, Naming writing exercise and ended with a Valentine's Day Scavenger Hunt activity.
