On 24th September Lockdown Life continued with the theme of ‘All About Me’. After checking in on how our members are experiencing their return to formal and informal education, we did a fun Hair Quiz, then we revisited the theme of diary- writing by discussing the differences between a diary and a journal. Afterwards we watched an animation about the 'Diary of Anne Frank'.
May used the 54321 Mindfulness approach to check in on how our participants were feeling using all their senses. The session will continue the 'All About Me' theme for Black History 365 at the beginning of October by looking at Family History and personal Life Timelines.
